Flagging Juglines. These fishing jugs are the latest release in Redneck's
line of quality products for catfishing.
Catfishermen have long been aware of flagging juglines
for jug fishing, using 2-Liter coke bottles and other crude designs. Redneck's
Flagging Catfish Juglines are a new twist on an old concept. Redneck's Flagging
Juglines incorporate a simplistic design that is durable and made to last.
These flagging catfish juglines are constructed
of closed cell polyethylene foam that is white in color. Closed cell polyethylene
foam is much more durable and bouyant than typical polystyrene products
that catfishermen use to manufacture "homemade" juglines and other
commercially made products that use polystyrene.
The flagging juglines are 3 inches in diameter
and 20 inches long. All of the components used in manufacturing are the
absolute best quality available. All juglines are white in color, which
we have found to be legal juglines in most states. White is also the easiest
color to locate when the flagging juglines are in the water. White juglines
are also Texas Legal.
The flagging juglines are set in the water with
the ballast set in the jugline so the flagging jugline is laying on it's
side in the water. When a fish hits the flagging jugline, the ballast trips
and the flagging jugline stands on end, alerting the fisherman that there
is a "Fish On", which is how we arrived at the name Redneck's
Fish On Flagging Jugline.
Jug Fishing and Juglines has experienced increased
popularity in the Southern United States. Jug Fishing has been around for
yours but many new anglers are discovering this simplistic sport of jug
fishing for catfish.
