Texas Parks and Wildlife has announced the addition of Jacob Bolton and Mathew McBee to the Texas Elite Angler Program.
Elite anglers are anglers who catch trophy class fish of five different species (through earning five different “Big Fish” awards through Texas Parks and Wildlife.
